Sephora , Don’t Overthink It.

How do you make a holiday campaign that says holiday, without screaming HOLIDAY? No tropes, no jingle bells, no unwrapping gifts with big smiles. You team up with director Taika Waititi, and build your work around relatable, clever, human characters. And you do it with a brand that really does have something for everyone, and is excited to say that with a clever wink rather than by employing elves and reindeer.

The each of the four spots tells the story of a person searching for the perfect gift for someone in their lives. Someone who is utterly themselves, unique, special, one-of-a-kind, and therefor hard to gift at first glance. Glance again, however? You’ll realize that the perfect gift for them is staring you right in the face. Because it’s probably something for their face.

In addition to the broadcast spots, out of home will be launching in the weeks to come, in addition to radio.

Named one of AdWeek’s Best Holiday Ads of 2024.
